Supervisor, Revenue Operations

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Tennessee.

📋 Description

• Oversee a team of 10-25 members, each tasked with managing a designated portfolio of patient accounts or Medical Insurance triggers.

• Utilize strong problem-solving abilities to support the team in addressing issues within the portfolio, while also identifying and addressing areas for improvement, collaborating with other departments as necessary.

• Analyze and make informed decisions regarding payment trends and issues within the assigned portfolio.

• Ensure key performance metrics are met, manage performance accordingly, and conduct regular reviews for senior leadership.

• Effectively communicate team goals, objectives, and progress toward achieving these goals to both the team and direct leadership.

• Conduct annual evaluations for all assigned team members, identifying areas for individual growth and providing timely coaching and development.

• Determine personnel needs for the assigned team, ensuring adequate staffing levels, and communicate recruitment needs to leadership.

• Achieve high engagement scores for the assigned team (greater than 80%).

• Provide recommendations for teammate promotions and mobility to senior leaders.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 2 years of relevant supervisory experience is required.

• Intermediate skills in MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint are necessary.

• A Bachelor’s Degree is preferred.

• Experience in healthcare revenue cycle management is required.
