Supervisor, Regional Onsite Operations

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New Jersey, +3 more states.

📋 Description

• Oversee daily staff operations and results across various small locations.

• Ensure the timely, precise, and high-quality delivery of customer products and services.

• Assist with other programs such as SEAL, IDDEX, LAB, and both Acute and Non-Acute sectors.

• Address customer requirements through product quality, inventory management, and staff engagement.

• Handle escalations to maintain seamless operations.

• Act as the primary management, sales, and customer liaison for functional-area issues.

• Generate inventory transfers and production orders to align with production timelines and service standards.

• Monitor backorders and production planning, coordinating resources to reduce backorder instances.

• Ensure the quality of items delivered.

• Complete necessary documentation, functions, and electronic receipts of finished products.

• Maintain compliance with relevant regulatory standards.

• Engage in customer evaluations, site visits or virtual audits, stakeholder interviews, and planning and documentation for new implementations.

• Conduct site audits and annual physical inventory assessments.

• Track expenses and manage operations within budget constraints.

• Drive continuous improvement and data-oriented initiatives, including POWs, SOPs, training, and root-cause analysis.

• Onboard and train new personnel.

• Travel to new site locations in the region to train staff, set procedures, and assess customer needs.

• Foster employee morale and motivation.

• Recruit staff, recommend salary increases, conduct performance evaluations, and oversee staff training and development.

• Assess personnel requirements, delegate tasks, meet project deadlines, and ensure uniform application of organizational policies.


⛳️ Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent qualification.

• Minimum of 4 years of experience in supply chain or warehouse/inventory management.

• Demonstrated ability to prioritize tasks and schedule effectively to meet deadlines.

• Prior experience with inventory tracking software.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.

• Willingness to travel up to 80% of the time for business, both in-state and out-of-state.

• Capability to supervise a maximum of 3 full-time employees per location.
