Operations Manager, E‑Commerce

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Oversee the operational management of the organization.

• Transform strategic direction into efficient daily operations.

• Create structures, systems, and departments during periods of growth and transition.

• Ensure that EVOLVE functions seamlessly as a comprehensive growth partner, avoiding siloed operations.

• Utilize AI and automation as key growth strategies.

• Define operational systems and the architecture for automation.

• Collaborate with Executive Management to make operational principle decisions and set priorities.

• Convert annual and quarterly objectives into actionable steps, milestones, and checklists.

• Operate and continually enhance the EVOLVE Operating System (OS).

• Manage operational workflows within the agency and, when necessary, in Finance and People Operations.

• Create KPI dashboards and summaries.

• Implement automations and processes using tools like Claude, Make, and n8n.

• Oversee the day-to-day operations of the OKR system, including reminders, check-ins, and dashboards.

• Identify bottlenecks alongside team leads and address root causes.

• Ensure that deadlines are adhered to, tasks are accomplished, and projects are advanced.

⛳️ Requirements

• Several years of experience in project and process management, preferably within an agency or e-commerce setting.

• Proficiency in project management software such as ClickUp or Asana.

• Basic understanding of automation tools like Make or n8n.

• Strong analytical and systems thinking skills, along with foundational knowledge in controlling and financial monitoring.

• Excellent self-organization skills for effective remote work.

• Clear and structured communication skills, both internally and externally.

• Ability to collaborate with team leads as equals, without direct line management responsibilities.

• Proficient use of Google Sheets and Excel for data analysis and structuring.

• Strong interest in AI tools, including ChatGPT and Claude.

• Capability to leverage AI tools for system-building and problem-solving.
