Supervisor, Product Photography

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Massachusetts.

📋 Description

• Take ownership of the quality standards by developing and maintaining frameworks for photo quality, style guides, and acceptance criteria.

• Oversee our freelance network while establishing quality and consistency benchmarks.

• Lead and nurture a team of Photo Curation Specialists.

• Advance operational processes with an emphasis on automation and quality assurance.

• Manage the tracking of photo metrics and prioritize initiatives based on data analysis.

• Identify areas for improvement and redesign inefficiencies within the photo workflow.

• Articulate the importance of comprehensive photo coverage to partners and collaborators.

• Advocate for the discipline across various cross-functional discussions.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in food or product photography.

• 1-3 years of experience in team leadership, with a proven history of providing direct feedback, developing talent, and upholding performance standards.

• Proficient in Sigma, Tableau, or similar business intelligence tools.

• Skilled in Salesforce, Monday.com, Slack, Lightroom, and Photoshop.

• Willingness to travel up to 25% for Together Weeks, team gatherings, photoshoots, and other events.
