📋 Description

• Lead a team of travel consultants effectively.

• Utilize performance data to enhance team efficiency.

• Create educational programs to address both short- and long-term skill gaps.

• Supply clients with essential industry information, including low fares, exchange fees, and penalties.

• Stay informed about relevant regulations (DOT, TSA, passports, visas, etc.).

• Conduct daily monitoring of global distribution systems (GDS) queues to ensure quality control.

• Significant experience in the corporate travel management sector.

• Relevant supervisory experience is essential.

• Proficient in GDS Sabre.

• Familiarity with online booking tools (Concur) is preferred.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.

• Competent in Microsoft Office applications.
