This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Leading the team in the meter operation and ensuring smooth daily operations.

• Coordinating collaboration with network operators, authorities, and internal teams to implement legal and operational requirements.

• Analyzing relevant KPIs, steering the team based on defined goals, and ensuring high process quality.

• Continuously optimizing processes and tools, as well as implementing improvement measures with a trial-and-error mentality.

• Ensuring compliance with legal requirements, energy market processes, and corporate objectives.

⛳️ Requirements

• Ideally, professional experience in the energy market along with some leadership experience.

• Structured, self-reliant, and solution-oriented work style.

• Strong problem-solving skills and enthusiasm for actively improving processes.

• Knowledge of energy market processes, particularly WiM, GPKE, and MSB switching processes, is advantageous.

• Excellent communication skills and a confident demeanor when interacting with internal and external stakeholders.

• High sense of responsibility, resilience, and pronounced decision-making ability in a dynamic environment.
