This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Arizona, +5 more states.
• Supervise daily learning operations activities, including inputting training schedules, managing enrollments, tracking completions, ensuring certifications, and maintaining LMS data accuracy.
• Guarantee that training plans and calendars receive operational support and are executed punctually.
• Keep precise learning records, training catalogs, and documentation to ensure audit readiness.
• Facilitate onboarding, recurring training, and priority initiatives by ensuring operational coordination and preparedness.
• Detect and resolve issues regarding data integrity, timelines, and learning administration.
• Collaborate with Quality and Compliance to verify that learning records and reporting comply with regulatory and internal standards.
• Directly oversee a team of Learning Facilitators, focusing on goal setting, work prioritization, coaching, and providing performance feedback.
• Promote team development by establishing clear expectations, providing continuous feedback, and offering opportunities to enhance program management and communication skills.
• Assign and prioritize tasks to ensure accuracy, timeliness, and compliance with learning operations standards.
• Aid in the onboarding and continuous development of team members.
• Conduct regular check-ins, feedback discussions, and performance reviews.
• Encourage collaboration and accountability within the team and among cross-functional partners.
• Act as a primary point of coordination between Learning Operations, Instructional Designers, and PSC partners regarding operational timelines and readiness.
• Assist in the development and consistent application of learning operations, standard operating procedures (SOPs), tools, and job aids.
• Compile and present learning operations metrics, reports, and status updates to leadership.
• Collect feedback from stakeholders to pinpoint opportunities for process enhancements.
• Suggest workflow, system, or process modifications to boost efficiency and mitigate operational risks.
• Up to 10% travel may be necessary.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
• At least 5 years of experience in learning operations, training coordination, or program operations.
• A minimum of 3 years of experience in supervising or leading teams.
• Proficient in MS Office products (Teams, SharePoint, MS Word, PPT, Excel, etc.).
• Proven experience in managing high-volume, detail-oriented operational tasks.
• Excellent organizational, planning, and problem-solving abilities.
• Capable of functioning effectively in a fast-paced operational environment.
