Supervisor – International

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Netherlands.

📋 Description

• You will travel around the globe, guiding local teams to ensure our smart, animal-friendly poultry systems are installed flawlessly.

• As a working foreman, you will lead global installation teams and coordinate projects from start to finish.

• Share technical knowledge with dealers and customers on-site.

• Participate in service activities where the environment may not always be perfectly clean.

• Provide advisory support to underlying departments to enhance our products and ensure high quality.

⛳️ Requirements

• You are a hands-on technician with a broad mechanical skill set and knowledge.

• It is a plus if you also have electrical expertise.

• Fluent communication in English is essential—additional languages are an advantage.

• You possess a solution-oriented mindset, striving to keep customers satisfied.

• You are confident, independent, and not afraid to take the lead.

• You hold a valid driver's license.

• You have experience working with Office 365.

• You are flexible, and logical thinking comes naturally to you.
