This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Daily management and oversight of the imaging/postproduction team.
• Supervise and communicate resource requirements, booking freelance imaging personnel when necessary.
• Establish and uphold standardized processes (SOPs) for the imaging/postproduction team.
• Lead Imaging Services for lifestyle, on-figure web, and product shoots.
• Collaborate across departments with the production team and Design Directors to review print layouts.
• Ensure that design teams receive all necessary images for print proofing rounds.
• Partner with internal Digitech to enhance the image review process.
• Work with the Digital Product team to guarantee the seamless transfer of image assets.
• Oversee the progression of image assets through all stages of post-production.
• Ensure the Imaging team adheres to established processes, procedures, forms, and job tracking.
• Manage the workflow for completed projects, delivering final files in various formats.
• Accurately process and expense Imaging-related invoices and bills.
• Support the Manager, Studio Ops with data augmentation tasks.
• Proactively identify and resolve potential issues.
• Mentor, coach, and provide constructive feedback to team members.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
• Adhere to all company policies and standards.
• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience required.
• 1-3 years of experience as a retoucher/image editor or in a similar role for commercial shoots/studios.
• Previous experience in a supervisory capacity is preferred.
• Leadership experience in post-production, retouching, or color correction is advantageous.
• Professional background in a high-volume, high-production studio environment.
• Proficiency in or eagerness to learn script writing, including Apple Scripts and PC Scripts.
• Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Adobe Creative Suite, Capture One, Adobe Workfront, and Creative Force.
• Understanding of photography/video techniques and equipment.
• Ability to influence others and build effective working relationships.
• Demonstrated capacity to make and execute decisions.
• Strong interpersonal communication skills.
• Experience in leading process enhancements and/or operational tool implementations.
• Knowledge of image/video specifications and file formats.
• Experience working in environments with multiple stakeholders.
• Excellent written, verbal communication, and interpersonal abilities.
• Detail-oriented with robust project management skills.
• Occasional out-of-state travel may be necessary.
• Annual discretionary bonus of up to 10% of base salary.
