This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Washington.
• Oversee the daily operations of Care Coordinators and Engagement Specialists.
• Facilitate onboarding, training, coaching, and ongoing development for team members.
• Conduct regular one-on-one meetings with direct reports.
• Perform evaluations for teammates and set quarterly and annual objectives.
• Manage recruitment, promotions, performance evaluations, and other employment-related activities.
• Organize, assess, evaluate, and oversee both team and individual workflows.
• Ensure that CHE outreach, patient engagement goals, and care coordination tasks are achieved.
• Cultivate a positive and rewarding workplace atmosphere.
• Collaborate with direct reports, peer supervisors, and senior management on professional development objectives.
• Utilize Tableau and ROS/CC Supervisor Reports to detect trends and tackle performance obstacles.
• Monitor team performance in reaching operational objectives.
• Review and approve timesheets for non-exempt direct reports.
• Track overtime, attendance, and paid time off (PTO).
• Uphold the confidentiality and integrity of medical and operational records.
• High School Diploma is mandatory.
• Bachelor's Degree is preferred.
• At least two (2) years of supervisory experience is required.
• Experience supervising remote teammates is preferred.
• Supervisory experience in the healthcare sector is preferred.
• A minimum of one (1) year of project management and/or project implementation experience is required.
• At least one (1) year of experience demonstrating a strong understanding of commercial insurance plans and benefits, such as PPO, HMO, POS, EPO, and Indemnity.
• Familiarity with government insurance programs, including Medicare and Medicaid.
• Proven track record in developing growth strategies and resolving operational challenges.
• Experience in achieving results with a team.
• Proficient in root-cause analysis and flow chart techniques.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
• Intermediate computer proficiency.
• Skilled in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
• Capable of handling and maintaining confidential information and/or matters with sound discretion and judgment.
