• Accountable for the effectiveness of insurance verification and authorization procedures.

• Management of personnel, which includes recruiting, training, and mentoring team members.

• Ensure quality assurance by monitoring productivity and quality, and conducting audits.

• Create and maintain outstanding customer service practices.

⛳️ Requirements

• An Associate's Degree (Experience may be considered in lieu of educational qualifications).

• Over 2 years of experience in healthcare in a lead or supervisory capacity.

• More than 3 years of patient access experience, ideally in an ambulatory environment.
