Supervisor – Epic My Chart, Maintenance

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• The Supervisor My Chart is responsible for leading, training, and motivating their team to achieve favorable outcomes and consistently enhance our collaborative efforts.

• This role involves managing projects, prioritizing tasks, providing ongoing feedback and performance evaluations, as well as facilitating individual development and training.

• The position requires taking charge of communication and risk mitigation, measuring, and ensuring a high standard of service quality.

• Continuous assessment and enhancement of systems and processes to boost efficiency is essential.

• Overseeing the resources of OCHIN and our Members (Service Areas) to perpetually enhance the quality of processes, internal operations, and outcomes for our members.

• Hiring Manager: Antoine Berkeley. Supervisory Duties: 30% Team Development.

• Manage Member Relationships & Support: assist the Manager and Team in creating effective workflows.

• Collaborate with organizational leadership to guarantee that timelines and deliverables are both realistic and actionable.

• Ensure that new staff members are onboarded in a systematic and measured way that prepares them for success.

• Monitor and evaluate team, project, and individual performance objectives.

• Develop new features and workflows for upcoming features, making design decisions as needed.

• Serve as the primary escalation point for Members with issues.

• Document build specifications, team processes, and complex clinic workflows.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 3-5 years of comprehensive build experience in MyChart is required.

• At least 3 years of supervisory or management experience is necessary, along with a minimum of 3 years of certified build experience.

• Epic MyChart certification is mandatory.

• Certification in Cadence, Prelude, RTE, Ambulatory is advantageous.

• Proficiency in other non-certified applications is preferred.

• A background in Healthcare IT is required.

• A Bachelor’s Degree in Healthcare Informatics or Computer Science is preferred, or a combination of college education and 5-7 years of relevant experience.

• Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Excel is necessary.
