📋 Description

• Recruit, hire, train, and supervise agents

• Ensure that agents clock in and out properly

• Make certain that agents handle customer service effectively

• 1 year of experience as an executive assistant or in a similar role

• High school diploma or equivalent

• Ability to lead a team of 5-15 individuals

• Must have a computer and a reliable internet connection

• Strong organizational skills
