Supervisor de Mantenimiento

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Mexico.

📋 Description

• Ensure the availability, reliability, and safety of equipment and facilities.

• Guarantee efficient and continuous operation to meet production or service demands.

⛳️ Requirements

• Degree in Electronics, Mechatronics, Mechanical, Electrical, Electromechanical, Industrial Engineering, or Industrial Maintenance Technician with 5+ years of experience.

• 2 to 4 years of experience supervising maintenance teams.

• Experience in preventive and corrective maintenance of industrial equipment.

• Knowledge in diagnosing and resolving faults.

• Familiarity with industrial electricity, mechanics, and hydraulics.

• Experience in the manufacturing industry.

• Understanding of TPM, Lean Manufacturing, and continuous improvement principles.

• Proficient in using CMMS for maintenance management.

• Experience with SAP PM, MP9, Infor EAM, Fracttal, or similar tools.

• Knowledge of ERP systems, preferably SAP or Oracle.
