This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Oversee and direct a remote team of assigned inbound and outbound customer service representatives on a daily basis
• Empower the team to provide outstanding service
• Meet client service expectations along with Health Benefits’ service goals
• Foster staff development
• High School Diploma or GED equivalent
• At least one year of supervisory or lead experience in a call center environment
• A minimum of 3 to 5 years of customer service experience within a call center
• At least 3 years of experience in healthcare/health insurance, claims processing, or provider billing
• Proven track record in managing client advocacy cases involving research, problem-solving, organization, tracking, and reporting, which require multiple interactions with clients, providers, insurers, and community resources
• Demonstrated knowledge and experience in Health Care Reform and Medicare/Medicaid benefits
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment with minimal supervision
• Strong organizational abilities
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the capacity to adjust communication style to accommodate individuals from diverse personal, professional, cultural, and socio-economic backgrounds
• Excellent customer service skills, including proper grammar, tonalities, and clear diction
