Supervisor, Case Management

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in South Carolina.

📋 Description

• The Supervisor is responsible for managing the effectiveness of their designated team.

• Represents the organization professionally to both internal stakeholders and external clients.

• Ensures the team's performance standards are met through ongoing training and coaching efforts.

• Oversees staff assignments and makes necessary adjustments according to staffing levels.

• Accountable for conducting annual evaluations for direct reports with input from the Manager.

⛳️ Requirements

• RN with an active, unrestricted state license.

• An Associate or Bachelor’s degree in nursing, or a Master’s degree or higher in Health, Psychology, or Social Services.

• A minimum of 3 years of clinical practice experience is required.

• Certification as a CCM (CRC, CDMS, or current CRRN) is preferred, or a willingness to obtain it.

• Experience in Workers’ Compensation case management and supervision is advantageous.

• Basic proficiency in computer skills (Microsoft Office Products including Word, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint), which entails navigating multiple systems.
