This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Bosnia and Herzegovina.

📋 Description

• Inspire and guide the team to achieve set objectives

• Facilitate coaching sessions and provide ongoing feedback

• Foster effective internal communication

• Execute both internal and client-specific procedures

⛳️ Requirements

• Prior experience in a supervisory role

• Proficient in managing performance metrics (AHT, QA, productivity, adherence, SLAs)

• Experience in addressing escalations and handling sensitive customer issues

• Capable of making informed decisions in high-pressure situations

• Familiarity with data privacy regulations and process compliance

• Proficient communication skills in German (minimum C1) and English (minimum B2)
