Supervisor, Advanced Care Navigation – Programs of Oncology Distinction

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.

📋 Description

• Manage the day-to-day operations and strategic growth of clinical programs.

• Ensure the efficiency of programs, enhance quality improvement, and align with the organization's objectives.

• Collaborate effectively with both internal and external stakeholders.

• Supervise and lead staff members.

• Support outreach and educational initiatives aimed at improving patient care and service delivery.

• Oversee clinical teams and collaborate with physicians.

• Propel innovative care navigation programs designed to enhance patient outcomes.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, or a related field.

• An MBA, MHA, or MPH is preferred.

• A minimum of 4 years of recent relevant experience.

• Preferred experience in managing cancer or advanced service line departments.

• Direct report leadership experience is preferred.

• Demonstrated experience in healthcare operations, program management, or clinical services.

• Strong comprehension of strategic planning and business development principles.

• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to work collaboratively with executive-level leadership and physicians across the system.

• Capacity to lead teams and oversee complex projects.

• Outstanding conflict resolution skills across various team levels.

• Proficient in data analysis and performance measurement.

• Knowledge of healthcare regulations and compliance standards.

• Experience enhancing EHR workflows.
