Supervising Therapist, LCSW

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Missouri.

📋 Description

• Deliver clinical supervision required by the board to associate-level clinicians pursuing full licensure.

• Assist clinicians in providing telehealth services to the Medicaid community.

• Supervise in accordance with professional judgment and Missouri board regulations.

• Mentor associates throughout their licensure journey.

• Aid in documentation and compliance tasks as per Medicaid guidelines.

• Collaborate with associates as they enhance their clinical skills.

⛳️ Requirements

• Valid and active license in Missouri, with board authorization to provide clinical supervision.

• Master’s degree in Social Work.

• Demonstrated success in guiding associates to achieve full licensure.

• Personal malpractice insurance ($1M per occurrence / $3M aggregate).

• Knowledge of clinical documentation and treatment planning in line with Medicaid guidelines.

• Experience with electronic health record (EHR) systems and other digital platforms.

• A quiet, HIPAA-compliant home office environment.

• Access to a personal computer and reliable internet for confidential virtual sessions.

• Proficiency in English.

• Spanish language skills are preferred; additional languages are a plus.

• Extensive clinical experience and strong diagnostic judgment.

• Collaborative mindset when working with associates.

• Ability to provide constructive developmental feedback.

• Competence in supporting associates with Medicaid documentation and compliance.
