This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Conduct around 20 telehealth consultations daily with established homebound Medicare patients, utilizing video-first interactions or audio-only as necessary.
• Review and endorse the care plan for each patient within the panel.
• Act as the general supervising and collaborating physician for a team of nurse practitioners and physician assistants.
• Implement and uphold state collaboration agreements.
• Assess clinical escalations, perform chart audits, and validate skills exams and operational checklists.
• Educate care coordinators on care management protocols and documentation requirements.
• Offer continuous clinical guidance and quality-assurance feedback to Advanced Practice Providers (APPs).
• Complete ancillary services such as Annual Wellness Visits, Advance Care Planning, cognitive assessments, and transitional care management.
• Operate within OA, the specially designed clinical and operations platform.
• Report directly to the Regional Chief Medical Officer.
• MD or DO degree.
• Board certified and maintain board certification for the duration of employment.
• Active and unrestricted medical license to practice in Georgia.
• Willingness to acquire licensure in additional states served, at the company's expense.
• Current DEA registration in good standing.
• Eligible to enroll and bill as a Medicare practitioner.
• Not excluded or debarred from any federal health care program.
• Insurable under the professional liability insurance policy.
• Capable of working full-time and exclusively for Ennoble Care.
• Commitment to a one-year term.
• Comfortable managing a high-volume telehealth schedule and productivity metrics.
• Strong and efficient clinical documentation skills.
• Experience in home-based primary care, house-call services, or PACE is a notable advantage.
• Experience in supervising or collaborating with nurse practitioners and physician assistants is a notable advantage.
• Familiarity with Chronic Care Management, Advanced Primary Care Management, RPM, or BHI is a notable advantage.
• Experience with value-based care, ACO, MSSP, or Medicare Advantage is a notable advantage.
• Licensure in multiple served states or eligibility for the Interstate Medical Licensure Compact is a notable advantage.
• Background in palliative or hospice care is a notable advantage.
• Proficiency in Spanish or another second language is a notable advantage.
