This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Oregon.
β’ Oversee commercial construction projects in the South Willamette Valley and Southern Oregon.
β’ Supervise field construction activities to ensure projects are completed on schedule and within budget.
β’ Assist project management in developing work plans and CPM schedules.
β’ Generate and revise short-interval look-ahead schedules on a weekly basis.
β’ Maintain a comprehensive understanding of contract documents.
β’ Create and uphold timely project document flow in partnership with the Project Manager.
β’ Utilize Procore and Microsoft Project software for effective documentation.
β’ Deliver precise and detailed cost control information.
β’ Coordinate logistics programs in conjunction with the Project Manager.
β’ Lead weekly coordination and safety meetings with subcontractors.
β’ Enforce the company's safety and health protocols.
β’ Ensure compliance with project scope and quality standards.
β’ Minimum of five years of progressive experience in commercial construction supervision.
β’ Excellent skills in reading and interpreting plans.
β’ Familiarity with basic building codes.
β’ Extensive knowledge of building and/or industrial construction methods.
β’ Proficient layout skills, including the use of common automatic levels and transits.
β’ Understanding of commercial safety standards.
β’ Ability to apply fundamental mathematical concepts from algebra and geometry.
β’ Proficiency with standard industry software, such as Microsoft Office Suite and Bluebeam.
β’ Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
β’ CPR/AED certification (to be obtained within six months of hire).
β’ 30-hour OSHA training (to be completed within six months of hire).
β’ High school diploma or equivalent qualification.
