This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.
⢠Oversee and assist plumbers, helpers, and subcontractors across various job sites.
⢠Organize daily field operations to fulfill production timelines and deadlines.
⢠Foster strong relationships with builders, contractors, and clients.
⢠Ensure work complies with company standards, customer expectations, and relevant codes.
⢠Perform job site inspections to assess quality, readiness, safety, and cleanliness.
⢠Resolve field issues, warranty concerns, and customer service requests.
⢠Educate, coach, and inspire team members to meet performance objectives.
⢠Maintain production logs, timekeeping records, and project documentation.
⢠Uphold company policies and safety protocols.
⢠A minimum of 5 years of plumbing experience, ideally in residential new construction.
⢠Previous supervisory or leadership experience is a plus.
⢠Tradesman or higher plumbing license is preferred.
⢠Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational abilities.
⢠Capability to read plans, specifications, and construction documents.
⢠Possession of a valid driver's license with an insurable driving record.
⢠Ability to work independently and juggle multiple priorities effectively.
⢠Physical Requirements: This role involves outdoor work in diverse weather conditions and necessitates physical tasks such as climbing ladders, kneeling, crawling, lifting up to 75 pounds, and working in construction settings.
