This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.
• Oversee and assist plumbers, helpers, and subcontractors across various job sites.
• Organize daily field operations to fulfill production timelines and deadlines.
• Foster strong relationships with builders, contractors, and clients.
• Ensure work complies with company standards, customer expectations, and relevant codes.
• Perform job site inspections to assess quality, readiness, safety, and cleanliness.
• Resolve field issues, warranty concerns, and customer service requests.
• Educate, coach, and inspire team members to meet performance objectives.
• Maintain production logs, timekeeping records, and project documentation.
• Uphold company policies and safety protocols.
• A minimum of 5 years of plumbing experience, ideally in residential new construction.
• Previous supervisory or leadership experience is a plus.
• Tradesman or higher plumbing license is preferred.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational abilities.
• Capability to read plans, specifications, and construction documents.
• Possession of a valid driver's license with an insurable driving record.
• Ability to work independently and juggle multiple priorities effectively.
• Physical Requirements: This role involves outdoor work in diverse weather conditions and necessitates physical tasks such as climbing ladders, kneeling, crawling, lifting up to 75 pounds, and working in construction settings.
