Superintendent

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Oversee all on-site activities related to the installation of insulated metal panels utilized in commercial and industrial refrigeration.

• Provide comprehensive guidance for the field installation of designated projects, taking direct accountability for field labor, labor coordination, quality assurance, and safety on the assigned projects.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proven experience as a Superintendent or Foreman, demonstrating effective supervision and management of personnel in cold storage construction projects, whether industrial or commercial.

• Supervise and coordinate the work activities of field personnel, ensuring that services rendered adhere to quality standards and meet scheduling requirements.

• Plan and layout work for subordinate supervisors and lead individuals, sharing joint responsibility with the Project Manager to ensure that materials, tools, equipment, information, and adequate manpower are available in the right place and at the right time.

• Proficient in interpreting blueprints, drawings, and plans; validate that construction drawings are accurate.
