This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Conduct weekly group therapy sessions using telehealth platforms.
• Innovate engaging methods for delivering Integrative group therapy virtually.
• Ensure that clinical services adhere to established best practices.
• Employ careful risk management strategies.
• Communicate effectively and professionally with clients, team members, families, agencies, and referrals.
• Complete documentation promptly, ensuring accuracy and quality writing.
• Uphold and exemplify professional ethics, including maintaining appropriate boundaries and confidentiality.
• Required clinical experience and/or background in mental health or behavioral health.
• Experience working with clients across a diverse age range, including children, teenagers, young adults, and adults.
• Experience with high-acuity populations is essential.
• A Master’s degree in mental health or a related field is mandatory.
• Required experience, training, and certification in one or more integrative modalities (as previously listed).
• License as a mental health professional is preferred.
• Technical proficiency to conduct effective telehealth sessions.
• A reliable WiFi connection is necessary for client meetings.
• Familiarity with and readiness to use cloud-based communication tools—Gmail, Slack, Zoom—as well as EMR and outcomes survey software on a daily basis.
• Work authorization in the United States and native or bilingual proficiency in English.
• This is a 1099 position.
• Availability for a minimum of 9 direct clinical hours across at least 3 evenings per week, from 3:00 PM to 8:00 PM MST, Monday through Thursday.

• Support: All clinicians receive assistance from a dedicated full-time Admissions and Assessment team, allowing them to concentrate on delivering exceptional client care.
• Consistency: We are consistently busy and will ensure your calendar is filled according to your preferences. Groups are scheduled at the same time each week, providing predictability in your schedule.
