This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Oversee the deployment and configuration of SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting solutions.
• Facilitate Fit-to-Standard workshops, discovery sessions, and assessments of business processes.
• Configure and enhance: Recruiting Management (RCM), Recruiting Marketing (RMK), Candidate Experience, Job Requisitions, Offer Management, Interview Scheduling, Candidate Pipelines, and Career Sites.
• Assist in the complete implementation process from design to go-live and hypercare phases.
• Evaluate current talent acquisition workflows and propose improvements for future states.
• Provide guidance to clients on recruiting transformation strategies and optimizing candidate experiences.
• Create functional specifications, process flows, configuration documentation, and business-related documents.
• Ensure that recruiting processes align with organizational growth and workforce planning goals.
• Work together with integration teams to facilitate connections between Recruiting, Employee Central, onboarding solutions, and external platforms.
• Support activities related to data migration, validation, testing, and reconciliation.
• Take part in system integration testing and validate end-to-end processes.
• Develop testing scripts and assist in System Integration Testing (SIT) and User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
• Conduct training sessions for end-users and facilitate knowledge transfer.
• Aid in cutover planning, assess readiness for go-live, and provide support post-go-live.
• A Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related discipline.
• A minimum of 5 years of consulting experience with SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting.
• Practical experience in implementing and configuring: Recruiting Management (RCM) and Recruiting Marketing (RMK).
• Comprehensive knowledge of talent acquisition, recruiting operations, and the candidate lifecycle.
• Experience in supporting cloud HR transformation projects.
• Exceptional communication skills, along with workshop facilitation and stakeholder management capabilities.
• SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting Certification is preferred.
• Familiarity with SAP GROW and SAP S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition programs is preferred.
• Understanding of the integration between SuccessFactors Onboarding and Employee Central is preferred.
• Experience with the SAP Activate methodology is preferred.
• Background in integrating with external job boards and recruiting platforms is preferred.
• Previous consulting or system integration experience is preferred.
