SuccessFactors Employee Central Solution Architect

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Design and configure Solution Architecture & HR data models (Corporate Data Model, Succession Data Model, Country-Specific Data Models).

• Implement and oversee core HR management configurations, including employment structures and organizational hierarchies.

• Set up foundational objects such as Position, Job Classification, Location, and Pay Structure.

• Lead the setup of position management, workflows, and vacancy handling.

• Create and maintain intricate business rules utilizing the MDF framework.

• Configure workflows, triggers, and validations to facilitate HR processes.

• Manage event reasons and event derivation frameworks for precise process automation.

• Configure and enhance Role-Based Permissions (RBP) to ensure secure and compliant access.

• Ensure effective governance of granted and target populations.

• Support integration between SuccessFactors EC and other HR/enterprise systems.

• Work alongside application developers to guarantee seamless technical implementation.

⛳️ Requirements

• 5–6 years of practical experience in SuccessFactors EC configuration.

• Strong foundation in HR management processes complemented by technical implementation abilities.

• Demonstrated expertise in HR data models and localization requirements.

• Experience in position management and employee data configuration.

• Knowledge of business rules, workflows, and event frameworks.

• Proficiency in RBP configuration and governance.

• EC Certification is mandatory.

• Previous experience as an Application Developer with SuccessFactors – SAP EC is advantageous.
