This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.
• Acquire and maintain in-depth knowledge of the Great Minds professional services catalog, which includes Eureka Math, Eureka Math TEKS, and Bluebonnet Learning, to deliver exceptional on-site support, coaching, and professional development to designated schools.
• Collaborate with Success Leads to provide tailored services that meet specific needs.
• Conduct professional services on-site for up to 80% of the time within Central school systems.
• Participate in internal training cycles to enhance or expand expertise in new professional services, general facilitation, coaching skills, and to increase familiarity with Great Minds products.
• Collect, monitor, and document implementation success metrics at regular intervals; keep records of these metrics along with significant customer interactions.
• Communicate insights regarding implementation to leadership based on interactions with assigned implementations.
• Stay informed about regional trends and factors that affect customer practices, sensitivities, and purchasing behaviors, sharing this information with the organization.
• Represent Great Minds by presenting at conferences and contributing content such as blogs and whitepapers.
• Foster and sustain a strong, supportive culture at Great Minds in all work environments, prioritizing trust, collegiality, curiosity, and quality.
• Minimum of 3 years of teaching or coaching experience, with at least 1 year dedicated to delivering high-quality professional development.
• Experience implementing one of Great Minds' curricula, particularly Wit & Wisdom and/or Eureka Math.
• Strong understanding of or alignment with Great Minds' instructional design and pedagogical approaches.
• Profound content knowledge in the curriculum focus areas of humanities, mathematics, and science.
• Experience as a campus instructional leader or coach.
• Capability to coach across various content areas from Kindergarten to Algebra 2 Mathematics and RLA.
• Familiarity with both digital and print educational platforms.
• Excellent organizational skills essential for effective goal setting, project management, collaborative decision-making, meeting deadlines, and maintaining records.
• Ability to make solutions-driven decisions through adaptable thinking in a dynamic, fast-paced entrepreneurial setting.
