📋 Description

• Integrate new clients into our system and deliver structured support through our educational and software platforms.

• Conduct regular coaching sessions to ensure clients are making progress, maintaining accountability, and applying essential strategies.

• Simplify complex brokerage and trading concepts into actionable steps that enhance client confidence and execution.

• Recognize client obstacles, resolve issues, and collaborate with internal teams as necessary.

• Keep comprehensive records of client achievements, guaranteeing a high level of personalized assistance.

• Create a positive and motivating atmosphere that empowers clients to reach their objectives.

⛳️ Requirements

• Background in coaching, consulting, or client success positions.

• Experience in commodities, oil trading, or B2B sales settings (preferred).

• Knowledge of online education platforms and community-focused coaching.

• Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities, paired with a proactive, problem-solving attitude.

• Familiarity with financial or trading concepts is advantageous.
