📋 Description

• Develop and sustain expertise in the Great Minds professional services catalog.

• Provide exceptional on-site support, coaching, and professional development to designated schools.

• Work in collaboration with Success Leads to offer highly tailored services.

• Deliver professional services on-site for up to 80% of the time within Northeast school systems.

• Participate in internal training cycles to enhance or acquire expertise in new professional services offerings.

• Collect, monitor, and document metrics related to implementation success.

• Record and share insights about implementation with leadership.

• Keep informed about regional trends impacting customer practices.

• Represent Great Minds through presentations at conferences.

• Foster and uphold a strong and supportive culture within Great Minds.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 3 years of experience in teaching or coaching.

• At least 1 year of experience in delivering high-quality professional development.

• Experience in implementing one of Great Minds' curricula, particularly Wit & Wisdom.

• Proficiency in or alignment with Great Minds' instructional design and pedagogy.

• Extensive content knowledge in the curriculum focus area (humanities, mathematics, science).

• Capability to provide coaching in Middle School ELA.

• Familiarity with both digital and print educational platforms.

• Strong organizational skills essential for effective goal setting, project management, collective decision-making, meeting deadlines, and record keeping.

• Ability to make solutions-oriented decisions through adaptable thinking in a dynamic, fast-paced entrepreneurial environment.
