Success Architect, Agentforce, Data Cloud – Portuguese Speaking

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Washington.

📋 Description

• Serve as a trusted expert in Agentforce + Data Cloud for the larger Success Architect team, emphasizing the role of Data Cloud in AI success.

• Collaborate with our Signature and Strategic clients to assess and propose optimization strategies for technical architecture, dev/ops, performance, and solution design tailored to Agentforce + Data Cloud.

• Identify and assess gaps in standard product capabilities or devise innovative Architect solutions through customization.

• Facilitate and influence Executive stakeholders, aligning technology strategies with business value and ROI.

• Execute playbooks in line with our Success Architect engagement catalog, customized to meet the specific needs and opportunities of Agentforce + Data Cloud clients.

• Cultivate robust relationships with both internal and external partners, contributing to overarching goals and growth.

• Promote thought leadership through mentoring and sharing knowledge.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proficiency in Portuguese (both spoken and written) is essential.

• Proven success in leading a minimum of two full-lifecycle implementations of enterprise Customer Data Platforms (CDP).

• Demonstrated capability to analyze, design, and enhance business processes with a focus on data & integration architecture, guiding clients through the migration to and optimization of Agentforce + Data Cloud.

• In-depth knowledge of data modeling, integration architectures, and best practices in data governance.

• Exceptional communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, ranging from Developers to Executives.

• Competence in facilitating discussions and translating technical concepts and solutions into clear business value and ROI for clients.

• Basic understanding of and ability to stay informed about emerging data-related and AI technologies.

• A proactive and self-motivated approach, capable of managing tasks independently while collaborating remotely with clients and colleagues.

• Commitment to Data Ethics and Privacy, ensuring customer solutions comply with relevant regulations and best practices in data security and privacy.

• A degree or equivalent experience is required, with evaluation based on necessary strengths for the role (e.g., demonstrated behaviors in prior positions such as leadership roles in extracurricular activities, military service, volunteer work, and relevant job experience).
