
Success and Lifecycle Manager – Mobility EMEA

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland.
• Take ownership of the complete visa and mobility lifecycle for designated hires, starting from pre-hire eligibility through onboarding, ongoing employment, and visa renewals, while offering guidance and updates throughout the entire process.
• Serve as the primary contact for customers and employees regarding work permits and visa-related inquiries.
• Ensure all cases progress in accordance with established timelines, cut-off dates, and compliance requirements.
• Manage intricate, high-stakes cases with empathy, clarity, and precision.
• Proactively identify risks and escalate issues early when timelines, documentation, or compliance are jeopardized.
• Address escalations with composure and compassion while upholding operational rigor.
• Ensure that all cases are handled in compliance with local labor laws and EOR-specific regulations.
• Prepare, review, and process employment contracts and any amendment documentation.
• Maintain precise records and information within the platform.
• Proactively inform customers and employees about visa processes and timelines, alongside local immigration and employment considerations.
• Set clear expectations from the outset to minimize escalations and rework.
• Confidently navigate stakeholders through trade-offs and "what's possible vs. what's not," ensuring they have access to the necessary resources.
• Conduct sensitive discussions while preserving confidentiality and professionalism.
• Identify opportunities for enhancing knowledge materials, processes, and the overall experience for clients and employees. Contribute to the improvement of playbooks, SOPs, templates, documentation, as well as internal knowledge, country guides, and enablement materials.
• Keep abreast of changes in labor laws, compliance requirements, and best practices within the EOR industry.
• Provide structured feedback to the Product and Strategic Programs team to assist in the productization of mobility services.
• Experience in mobility, immigration, global employment, or regulated operations.
• Strong case management abilities and stakeholder communication skills.
• Capability to remain calm in complex, high-pressure situations.
• Exceptional attention to detail coupled with a strong compliance orientation.
• Comfort level in working across various systems, tools, and workflows.
• Experience in an EOR, HR Tech, or global payroll environment (Nice to Have).
• Exposure to multiple countries or visa types (Nice to Have).
• Experience collaborating closely with legal or immigration partners (Nice to Have).
