Substation Project Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Lead and mentor a diverse team responsible for delivering physical and protection & control designs for substations aimed at utilities and EPC partners.

• Oversee project budgets, schedules, resources, and client relationships throughout all project phases.

• Evaluate and direct deliverables to ensure adherence to technical quality and compliance with industry standards.

• Promote collaboration and cultivate a team culture centered on communication, accountability, and innovation.

• Assist in business development efforts through proposal creation and client interaction.

• Serve as a trusted advisor and problem solver for both clients and team members.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or a related discipline.

• PMP certification is mandatory; PE license is advantageous.

• Over 12 years of experience in project management within substation and power systems, ideally with exposure to utilities or EPC.

• Comprehensive understanding of high-voltage substation design and the power delivery process.

• Excellent communication, leadership, and mentoring abilities.
