This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Kentucky.
• Conduct 3–4 one-hour group therapy sessions daily utilizing a structured, evidence-based curriculum.
• Facilitate group conversations employing approved modalities within the clinical framework.
• Work in partnership with prescribers, care navigators, and recovery coaches.
• Track member progress and document outcomes effectively.
• Foster a positive, recovery-focused environment for members.
• Participate in local community outreach initiatives to advance the mission of the Groups.
• A Bachelor’s degree is required.
• Active behavioral health licensure in Kentucky, such as LCSW, LPP, LMHC, LPCC, LPCC-S, LPC, or LCADC.
• Willingness and ability to secure licensure reciprocity in other states.
• A minimum of two years' experience leading group therapy within a substance use disorder setting.
• High level of comfort with technology, including EMR systems, telehealth software, Google applications, and mobile apps.
• A compassionate approach, collaborative spirit, dedication to quality care, and commitment to member success.
• Availability to work 2–3 evenings per week until 9 PM as required.
• Preferred experience or background in mental health, social work, substance use disorder treatment, therapy, human services, social services, or medication-assisted treatment.
