This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Evaluate clinician inquiries concerning potential patients and offer general feedback in accordance with established case acceptance criteria and medical policy documents.
• Analyze and interpret basic PGT-M referrals, deliver risk assessments, and document initial PGT-M testing strategies.
• Create referral-oriented pedigrees and complete associated paperwork and documentation.
• Provide partner clinics with information regarding planned PGT-M genetic testing strategies.
• Assist in the clinical review of PGT-A, PGT-SR, and PGT-M test reports issued by laboratories.
• Assess basic PGT-M sub-cycle orders for adherence to clinical case acceptance criteria.
• Collaborate with Senior and Lead Genetic Counselors on intricate PGT cases.
• Contribute to performance, quality enhancement, and system-related initiatives.
• Work alongside other departments to enhance clinic partner experiences.
• Follow departmental standard operating procedures (SOPs).
• Engage in departmental meetings and discussions regarding standard PGT cases and their outcomes.
• Complete ongoing education requirements and log as well as submit necessary continuing education units (CEUs).
• Interact with clients via phone and email communications.
• Take part in investigations of discrepancies, PGT-Complete non-match results, and notifications of incidental findings.
• Proficient in MS Word and Excel.
• Ability to learn other software applications as required.
• Exceptional customer service abilities.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• High interpersonal skills for effective interaction with clients, colleagues, and management.
• Meticulous attention to detail in drafting and reviewing materials.
• Excellent organizational capabilities.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks concurrently.

• Capacity to work independently as well as collaboratively.
• Proficiency in working effectively from a remote environment and the ability to sit for extended durations while using computer equipment.
• Foundational knowledge in the field, including two years of professional education.
• Master’s degree from an accredited genetic counseling program.
• Applicant for Active Candidate Status or board-certified by the American Board of Genetic Counseling (ABGC).
• Holds or can obtain a genetic counseling license or temporary licensure in relevant states, if applicable.
• Recent graduates from an accredited genetic counseling program are encouraged to apply.
