β’ Contacting former donors, subscribers, and patrons to promote subscription ticket packages for the 2025-26 Severance Series season.
β’ Flexible scheduling with a minimum commitment of 16 hours per week, including 4 full shifts.
β’ Collaborative team environment; active engagement in team meetings via audio and video is required.
β’ MUST possess a strong knowledge and passion for classical music and the performing arts!
β’ A keen desire to advocate for and sustain orchestral music.
β’ Proven track record in sales and/or fundraising, demonstrating the ability to effectively close sales and generate funds.
β’ Capability to follow instructions and read from a provided script.
β’ Excellent customer service skills.
β’ Technologically proficient, with the ability to navigate various software and platforms; must be adept at troubleshooting any equipment or internet connectivity issues in real-time.
β’ Persistent and diligent work ethic; must be self-motivated while also functioning as a team player.
β’ Required to have a computer or laptop with a headset or headphones, reliable internet access, and a quiet workspace.
β’ Open to receiving feedback and coaching; calls will be monitored for quality assurance and productivity purposes.
β’ Comprehensive and ongoing training and coaching opportunities.
β’ Mandatory paid training sessions.
