This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Take ownership of and enhance the subscriber lifecycle marketing calendar, focusing on onboarding, engagement, retention, win-back, and renewal interactions.
• Develop and oversee automated multi-channel subscriber flows—email, SMS, push notifications, and in-app messages—utilizing platforms such as Klaviyo or Braze to convey the appropriate message at each stage of the customer experience.
• Create and implement onboarding initiatives that encourage early product usage and assist new subscribers in quickly realizing the value of our offerings.
• Design and expand save, win-back, and loyalty initiatives aimed at decreasing churn and re-engaging inactive subscribers through targeted, personalized outreach.
• Collaborate with the Product team to effectively present subscription features, new tiers, and value-added content to the appropriate audience segments at optimal times.
• Construct A/B testing strategies across messaging, segmentation, timing, offers, and creative elements to consistently enhance subscriber engagement and retention results.
• Evaluate campaign performance, identify actionable trends, and convert subscriber data into strategic insights for the broader team.
• Work cross-functionally with lifecycle, analytics, product, and brand teams to ensure that subscriber campaigns are synchronized, driven by insights, and aligned with brand standards.
• Oversee campaign deliverables and assets across tools to ensure programs are executed on schedule, maintaining consistency with Owlet's voice and standards.
• A minimum of 3 years of experience in consumer or B2C marketing, preferably with direct involvement in subscription, membership, or recurring revenue models.
• At least 3 years of practical experience in implementing cross-channel lifecycle campaigns, including email, SMS, push, and in-app messaging.
• Over 3 years of experience in audience segmentation, customer journey mapping, and workflow automation using marketing platforms.
• Strong skills in campaign planning and project management, with the ability to manage a program from inception to deployment and everything in between.
• Excellent collaboration skills across functions, with the ability to work comfortably alongside product, brand, analytics, and growth teams.
• Exceptional writing and creative abilities, capable of identifying impactful messages, recognizing friction points, and enhancing subscriber experiences with innovative ideas.
• Bonus: Practical experience with ESPs such as Klaviyo, Braze, or similar platforms; familiarity with HTML and CSS for email production is advantageous.
