Subrogation Recovery Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Engage in direct communication and negotiations with responsible parties, attorneys, and insurance carriers via phone and email to resolve claims involving payment.

• Identify the most effective contact information for responsible parties through manual skip tracing, online searches, and examination of claim documents.

• Generate leads and facilitate conversations through a high volume of inbound and outbound calls.

• Oversee and prioritize a substantial inventory of cases while ensuring consistent follow-up.

• Utilize independent judgment to determine the optimal recovery strategies.

• Adhere to the minimum account work standards set by management.

• Create and manage files to achieve timely settlements through follow-up phone contact with third parties, insurance adjusters, and attorneys.

• Negotiate settlements within client authority and compliance with state regulations involving attorneys and third parties, including insurance carriers.

• Address inquiries and resolve issues related to current or past billings.

• Self-driven individual who excels in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

• Strong problem-solving capabilities.

• Competent computer skills with the ability to type at least 45 words per minute.

• Exceptional English communication skills and telephone proficiency.

• Excellent interpersonal abilities alongside strong organizational skills.

• Prior experience in telephone collections or customer service is preferred but not mandatory.

• Background in the insurance sector is advantageous but not essential.

• Bilingual candidates are highly preferred.
