Subrogation Litigation Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Maintain rigorous client confidentiality standards.

• Offer clients insights regarding the feasibility of initiating litigation.

• Engage legal counsel at the client's request.

• Counsel clients on the attorney's legal approach.

• Supervise attorneys assigned to cases to ensure they are diligently pursuing damages and keep the client informed.

• Guarantee prompt disbursement of funds collected by attorneys.

• Draft demands, which include verifying balances, obtaining necessary documents from client files, and submitting demands to law firms.

• Collaborate directly with lawyers to investigate and prepare documents, briefs, and various aspects of cases ahead of trial.

⛳️ Requirements

• Preferred familiarity with the civil legal process and/or commercial collections.

• Proficiency in Salesforce is highly advantageous.

• Exhibit an understanding of the urgency necessary to optimize recoveries.

• Competent computer skills.

• Strong background in customer service.

• Capability to manage multiple tasks, take initiative, work proactively, and demonstrate resourcefulness.

• Ability to function both independently and collaboratively with a diverse range of personalities.

• Strong focus on client satisfaction.

• Self-motivated individual with a desire to learn and grow.
