This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California, +3 more states.
• Identify, engage, and cultivate relationships with prospective clients in the U.S. subrogation sector.
• Drive initiatives for business development, encompassing lead generation, outreach, and conversion.
• Utilize the existing industry network to create opportunities for new clients.
• Provide guidance on subrogation workflows, compliance, and operational best practices.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure alignment between client needs and service offerings.
• Represent the organization during client meetings, presentations, and negotiations.
• Offer market intelligence and insights to support the growth strategy.
• Extensive experience in U.S. subrogation (insurance, healthcare, or related sectors) is essential.
• A proven history in business development, client acquisition, or sales.
• Strong network within the U.S. subrogation or insurance landscape.
• Experience in client-facing roles with outstanding communication and negotiation abilities.
• Capability to work independently in a consulting or per diem capacity.
• A strategic mindset with a results-oriented approach.
