Subrogation Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Conducts investigations to ascertain whether medical insurance claims can be recovered or are deemed non-recoverable from a responsible third party.

• Engages in communication and negotiation with healthcare plan members, insurance adjusters, and legal representatives.

• Employs computer systems to meticulously document the information gathered.

• Demonstrates strong organizational, analytical, and time management abilities to oversee daily tasks.

• Reviews and comprehends healthcare contracts thoroughly.

• Develops medical expense spreadsheets and facilitates payment processing from recoveries.

⛳️ Requirements

• An associate or bachelor’s degree is preferred, or equivalent skills and experience are acceptable.

• Experience in litigation, paralegal work, and subrogation is preferred.

• Exceptional customer service skills are essential.

• Ability to multi-task and manage time effectively is necessary.

• Strong written and verbal communication skills are required.
