Subject Matter Expert – Retail Trade & Store Operations, Spanish

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Mexico.

📋 Description

• Create realistic Retail Trade scenarios in either Spanish or English, rooted in operational contexts such as store operations, customer service escalations, inventory management, pharmacy workflows, retail compliance, fraud prevention, sales supervision, and branch coordination.

• Modify structured evaluation rubrics for operational problem-solving, customer interactions, retail decision-making, and compliance-related activities.

• Assess AI and human-generated responses for factual accuracy, adherence to policies, quality of customer service, and operational realism.

• Contribute to "gold standard" solutions that embody best practices across Indian retail, pharmacy, and commercial operations.

⛳️ Requirements

• Native-level proficiency in Spanish (Mexico) along with strong professional English skills.

• A minimum of 5 years of professional experience in Retail, Store Operations, Pharmacy Operations, Commercial Management, Loss Prevention, or Retail Investigations.

• Experience in one or more relevant roles such as Retail Sales Supervision, Store or Operations Management, Pharmacist or Pharmacy Operations, Retail Security, Loss Prevention, Fraud Investigation, Customer Experience, or Multi-Branch Retail Operations.

• A solid understanding of customer service workflows, retail operations, compliance procedures, inventory management, and the Indian retail landscape.
