Subject Matter Expert – Real Estate, Property Management & Leasing, English/French

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in France.

📋 Description

• Create authentic real estate and leasing scenarios in either French or English, rooted in Indian operational contexts (e.g., property leasing, tenant communication, concierge services, facility coordination, sales negotiations, community management, rental operations).

• Modify structured evaluation rubrics for customer interactions, operational problem-solving, leasing workflows, and sales support activities.

• Assess AI and human-generated responses for accuracy, service quality, policy adherence, and operational authenticity.

• Contribute to "gold standard" solutions that embody industry best practices in the French real estate, leasing, and property operations sectors.

⛳️ Requirements

• Native French speaker with proficient English language skills.

• Over 5 years of professional experience in real estate, property management, leasing, hospitality services, or community operations.

• Experience in one or more relevant roles: property or community association management, real estate brokerage, real estate sales, leasing operations, concierge & guest services, rental services, tenant relations, or facilities coordination.

• Solid understanding of customer service processes, leasing and sales operations, property management practices, and the French real estate landscape.
