This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Oversee subcontracts from the pre-award phase through to closeout, which includes aiding in negotiations, drafting, executing, and modifying agreements.
• Assist in the negotiation and modification of language for non-disclosure and teaming agreements.
• Ensure the precise implementation of flow-down clauses and obligations from prime contracts to subcontract agreements.
• Monitor subcontractor compliance with relevant laws, FAR / DFARS regulations, and company policies.
• Track subcontractor performance, deliverables, and timelines, initiating corrective actions as necessary.
• Maintain comprehensive subcontract files and documentation to ensure readiness for audits.
• Collaborate with legal, finance, procurement, and project management teams.
• Support audits, reporting requirements, and the closeout of subcontracts.
• Identify and mitigate risks associated with subcontracting activities.
• 2–5 years of experience in supporting subcontract administration for government and/or commercial programs, which includes subcontract issuance, drafting modifications, assisting in negotiations, and compliance monitoring.
• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, supply chain management, law/legal studies, acquisition/contract management, or a related discipline.
• Working knowledge of federal acquisition regulations (FAR / DFARS) and compliance standards.
• Familiarity with cost-reimbursable, fixed-price, and time-and-materials subcontract types.
• Strong negotiation, analytical, and organizational capabilities.
• Experience in cross-functional, fast-paced program environments.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and enterprise resource management systems.
