Subcontract Admin Principal

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New Hampshire.

📋 Description

• Oversee a portfolio of fundamental research subcontracts in collaboration with various technology partners and academic institutions.

• Implement proprietary information agreements (PIAs).

• Manage the complete lifecycle of subcontracts, from the proposal stage through negotiation, awarding, execution, and final close-out.

• Assist in advancing the FAST Labs Fundamental Research mission.

• Collaborate with program teams engaged in technology research and development, including proposal creation, rapid prototyping, integration, and testing.

⛳️ Requirements

• Experience with DoD subcontracts.

• Familiarity with ITAR and international procurement processes.

• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

• Exceptional time management and organizational abilities.

• Capability to identify win-win solutions and a proactive “make it happen” mindset.

• Proficient in MS Office applications, including Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Word.

• Understanding of Federal Acquisition Regulations policies and procedures.

• Bachelor’s degree with 6 years of relevant work experience.

• U.S. Citizenship is required.

• Willingness to travel.

• Knowledge of terms and conditions.

• Negotiation skills.

• PMP certification is preferred.

• Previous experience with Oracle is advantageous.
