This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Tennessee.
• Oversee the management of SCRI’s Clinical Trial lead management inbox.
• Provide initial responses to contacts within the pharmaceutical, biotech, and CRO sectors.
• Gather necessary documents for the scientific-interest review process.
• Develop and sustain the Lead Management tracking system.
• Monitor lead-management metrics and research sites in designated systems.
• Upload study documents and establish folders in CTMS and Florence eBinder.
• Process, facilitate, and monitor nondisclosure agreements.
• Update and maintain legacy CTMS systems and Florence.
• Assist in the feasibility process and site provisioning.
• Adhere to detailed Lead Management procedures.
• Report lead-management issues to the supervisor as needed.
• Collaborate closely with the Study Lead Manager to establish goals and align objectives.
• Complete additional special projects as required.
• Act as a point of contact for internal Sarah Cannon departments, physician leaders, strategic-site staff, CROs, and pharmaceutical companies for study intake and lead tracking.
• Generally, a college graduate or equivalent experience is expected.
• Familiarity with the pharmaceutical industry, regulatory processes, clinical trials, and medical terminology.
• A minimum of 1 year of experience in clinical research, ideally in trial management.
• Strong professional writing and communication skills.
• Capable of organizing and prioritizing tasks effectively.
• Proficiency in computer applications, including Word, Excel, Microsoft Outlook, and Smartsheet.
• Problem-solving abilities in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
• Good interpersonal skills and keen attention to detail.
• Ability to adhere to specific, outlined, and detailed procedures.
