This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.

📋 Description

• Take ownership of the comprehensive operational framework of the Venture Studio, ensuring that our internal processes, workflows, and communication channels operate with exceptional efficiency.

• Oversee current incubator projects from initial conception to independent launch, ensuring that portfolio founders are metrics-driven and aligned with global benchmarks.

• Motivate, mentor, and coordinate a decentralized team of specialized professionals, including legal, compliance, design, marketing, and engineering experts.

• Administer the studio's budget and deployment pipelines with precise, calculated efficiency, determining where to invest more heavily and where to conserve resources.

• Design the long-term vision and macro-strategy for the studio, recognizing emerging market sectors and structural changes before they become mainstream.

• Act as the primary connective element across our portfolio companies, ensuring that technical roadmaps, marketing launches, and operational transitions are perfectly synchronized.

• Demonstrated experience in a senior leadership position within a venture studio, accelerator, high-growth startup ecosystem, or technology enterprise. You are adept at managing multiple complex organizational structures simultaneously.

• You make structural and financial decisions based on solid data, resource throughput, and clear risk assessments, never relying on intuition or sentiment.

• This role requires a commitment beyond traditional working hours. You lead the engine that builds companies around the clock and must be available seven days a week to address macro shifts, support portfolio founders, and capitalize on emerging opportunities.

• You have a profound, innate understanding of the Web3 landscape, including decentralized logistics, digital asset treasury management, and on-chain ecosystem dynamics.

• Outstanding organizational skills; you can seamlessly navigate a vast portfolio matrix from your laptop without losing sight of any metrics or timelines.
