This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
β’ Monitor students' academic progress and performance, identifying any obstacles they may encounter and intervening when necessary.
β’ Work individually with students to assess their unique needs and create customized strategies for achievement.
β’ Provide assistance in cultivating effective study habits, time management, and organizational skills to improve academic outcomes.
β’ Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and other support personnel to ensure a unified approach to student success and to address specific student requirements.
β’ Keep precise and confidential records of student interactions, concerns, and interventions for documentation and reporting purposes.
β’ Act as a mentor or advisor for students, offering support on personal and academic issues, including career exploration and goal setting.
β’ Bachelor's degree, or three years of relevant experience and/or training; or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
β’ Experience in social work and/or counseling.
β’ Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
β’ Outstanding written and verbal communication abilities.
β’ Be a self-motivated individual with a personal style marked by service orientation, approachability, curiosity, and a genuine team spirit.
