Student Success Mentor

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Establish enduring connections that ensure every student feels acknowledged, valued, supported, and capable of reaching beyond their perceived limits.

• Consistently monitor engagement, attendance, communication, and academic performance, identifying early warning signs and initiating timely interventions before students fall behind.

• Collaborate with students, families, educators, and support teams to eliminate obstacles, create tailored success plans, and guide students confidently towards graduation.

• Foster resilience through motivation, accountability, and unwavering support, assisting students in cultivating the confidence and habits necessary for lifelong achievement.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Education, Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, Human Services, or a related discipline (preferred).

• At least two (2) years of experience in supporting students, families, or customers in a professional setting (required).

• A minimum of two (2) years of experience working with students in educational, mentoring, counseling, or student support capacities (required).

• Proven experience in building positive relationships that enhance student engagement, persistence, or success (preferred).

• Familiarity with student information systems, Google Workspace, Mac OS, and collaboration tools such as Asana (preferred).

• Capability to pass necessary background checks (required).
