This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Recruit, enroll, and mentor undergraduate and graduate students throughout their academic journey.
• Conduct outreach via outbound calls, scheduled phone appointments, email, chat, video chat, and SMS.
• Provide guidance to students regarding career and program interests and assist with the enrollment process.
• Oversee onboarding processes and offer financial guidance from enrollment until graduation.
• Deliver personalized support, course guidance, and assistance with registration.
• Educate students on admissions, catalog requirements, academic policies, registration procedures, and available resources.
• Manage a student cohort while achieving enrollment and retention goals.
• Promote and support progression through advanced degree programs.
• Collaborate with academic, admissions, and faculty teams to ensure program alignment, student success, and regulatory compliance.
• Utilize technology platforms for student management, communication, and engagement.
• Analyze student dashboards and reports to enhance the student experience and outcomes.
• Address and resolve student issues while implementing solutions that support their needs.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Education, Psychology, or Communications.
• A minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in counseling/advising, customer service, sales concierge service, or managing large customer bases.
• Candidates without a degree must enroll in a degree-seeking program and maintain good standing with student loan debt (internal employees only).
• Strong competency in using technology for student management and engagement.
• Knowledge of online learning platforms and career planning tools.
• Familiarity with student information systems and CRM tools, including Cvue, SRM (SalesForce), CampusLogic, Brightspace, Canvas, and Slate.
• Proficient in Outlook, Microsoft Office, and/or Google Apps for Work.
• Ability to provide advice on academic, organizational, university policies, processes, and education funding.
• Understanding of programs of study, university policies, online platforms, student services, and academic organization.
• Possess consultative sales and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication, listening, interpersonal, time-management, organizational, and decision-making abilities.
• Capable of conflict resolution and de-escalating student issues.
• Familiarity with FERPA guidance and regulations.
• Ability to analyze student dashboards and reports.
• In-depth knowledge of online education platforms.
• Capability to identify and understand students’ career decision-making processes.
• Self-motivated, results-oriented, resilient, compassionate, patient, persuasive, flexible, passionate, able to multitask, and detail-oriented.
• Must be available to work Tuesday-Saturday, 9:00am-6:00pm EST.
