📋 Description

• Guide students and their families through tailored research programs, ensuring that milestones from topic selection to publication are achieved on schedule.

• Act as the main point of contact for students and parents.

• Actively communicate progress, manage expectations, and address concerns.

• Monitor student progress, identify obstacles, and implement strategic interventions.

• Manage conflict resolution and high-stakes de-escalation situations.

• Collaborate with research mentors and tutors to ensure alignment of mentoring with student objectives.

• Represent client feedback internally while supporting issue resolution and service enhancements.

• Utilize CRM tools to track and report on student progress.

• Ensure a seamless transfer of client relationships from the sales team.

• Foster client loyalty, support retention efforts, and identify opportunities for additional purchases or referrals.

• Identify and assist with service and operational improvements.

⛳️ Requirements

• 2–4 years of proven success in student admissions counseling, academic advising, mentoring, or program management within a high-achieving educational environment.

• Direct experience with the U.S. college admissions process and/or international education systems is a significant advantage.

• Advanced proficiency in CRM tools, including Salesforce.

• Advanced proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite.

• Advanced proficiency in Google Workspace.

• Ability to establish rapport and trust with high-net-worth clients and their families.

• Capability to maintain composure in emotional or challenging situations.

• Strong analytical and project management skills.

• Exceptional verbal and written proficiency in English.

• Strong negotiation, de-escalation, and conflict resolution abilities.

• High cultural awareness and adaptability for diverse international clients and stakeholders.
